Wood Destroying insects can literally eat your home right under your feet. We have the tools and training to find them.
WOOD DESTROYING INSECTS
Our termite inspections give you true peace of mind, and give you the information you need to make an educated decision about your home – and any pests that may be destroying it. All of our termite inspections also come with our comprehensive warranty.
All termite inspections in the state of Florida must be completed by a state-licensed WDO inspector, under the employment of a licensed pest control company. Be sure to confirm any WDO inspectors licensure that must be carried during the inspection – issued by the department of agriculture.

TERMITE PROTECTION PLAN
So long as no evidence of wood-destroying pests was noted in the report – if the policyholder visually observes termites or carpenter ants during the 90-Day Protection Period (or as long as the policy is in place, should the policyholder elect to extend coverage), RWS will pay the cost of having the infestation treated, as deemed necessary by RWS, less a $250 deductible.
